All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts.
Deposits made through bank transfers and e-wallets are typically processed instantly. In rare cases where technical issues occur, deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your Account balance. If a deposit does not appear within 24 hours, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests can only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. dana99 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
To comply with international anti-money laundering standards, you must wager at least 100% of your deposited amount before requesting a withdrawal. Deposits and immediate withdrawals without placing any bets may be flagged as suspicious activity and subject to investigation. dana99 reserves the right to reverse or cancel any withdrawal suspected to be part of money laundering or fraudulent activity.
All bets placed on the dana99 platform are subject to acceptance by dana99. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, manipulation, or violation of these Terms. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled, withdrawn, or modified by the user. In the event of obvious technical errors, palpable errors, or manifest mistakes in odds or bet acceptance, dana99 reserves the right to void affected bets.
Sports betting markets are offered on football leagues and tournaments including BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and other competitions as made available. If a scheduled match is postponed, abandoned, or rescheduled, bets will be settled according to the specific sports rules published on our platform. For live betting (in-play), odds change dynamically based on match developments. There may be a delay of several seconds between real-time events and odds updates due to data transmission.
All casino games including slots, live dealer tables, and RNG-based table games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer procedures audited for fairness. Each game has a specific Return to Player (RTP) percentage published in its information section. Game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of proven technical malfunction.

Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe (typically 30 days) or the bonus and associated winnings will expire.
dana99 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or withdraw any bonus or promotion from any user at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of promotional terms. Users who create multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times will have all accounts permanently closed and funds confiscated.
While dana99 strives to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. dana99 shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or missed betting opportunities resulting from service downtime or technical malfunctions.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. dana99 does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dana99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
dana99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, fail identity verification, or if we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity. Upon suspension, your access to the Service will be blocked and any pending bets or transactions may be cancelled. If dana99 terminates your Account for violation of these Terms, any remaining Account balance may be forfeited.
You may request temporary self-exclusion or permanent account closure at any time by contacting customer support. For responsible gaming self-exclusion, please refer to our Responsible Gaming page. Upon account closure, any remaining balance after deducting outstanding obligations will be returned to your registered payment method within 7-14 business days.
